Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:


Full Time // Miami, FL or Remote

In this position, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Chief Marketing Officer with marketing and go to market strategies for DadeSystems. Marketing efforts include branding, product launches, acquisition/retention programs, digital marketing, web site, sales collateral development, event/tradeshow logistics and execution. The candidate will be required to assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, develop success metrics, and monitor results of each marketing initiative. The candidate will monitor, evaluate and document the progress of each project and provide metrics to the Chief Marketing Officer.


This position requires strategic thinking about our products and services, continuous research and knowledge of the market and target audiences, and the ability to recommend go-to-market strategies that help drive top-line revenue. In this role you will be responsible for the planning and development and be an individual collaborator for the execution of the marketing initiatives as directed by DadeSystems Sales and Marketing.



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience working with functional teams that include, sales, product development, and lead generation
  • 30% Travel, some weekend events required



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of banking and payments industry and their competitive environments
  • Experience marketing a payment solution a plus
  • Salesforce CRM experience required, and Pardot marketing automation experience preferred
  • Proficiency with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or other collaborating platforms
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Marketing Strategy
    • Research, segment, and understand our customer personas and how to engage them effectively
    • Ability to craft marketing messaging strategy and positioning statements
    • Consolidates competitive research knowledge and intelligence to disseminate to our internal stakeholders
    • Assist in the development of marketing best practices, and continually research and implement optimizations for the programs
    • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to help drive opportunity pipeline from marketing programs
  • Salesforce
    • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation
    • Assist in the marketing reporting to the leadership team
  • Tradeshow & Events
    • Logistical planning of all events
    • Provide pre and post show activities to drive awareness
    • Travel and participate in selected shows
